Cordova, Cebu--Kampi Mayoral candidate Adelino Sitoy has threatened to charge Cebu Provincial Election Supervisor Lionel Marco Castillano for forcing open his van despite the absence of a search warrant. Sitoy told DYAB Cebu that he will ask the Supreme Court to disbar Castillano after the elections.
Castillano for his part appealed to Sitoy to reconsider, saying he was just doing his job.
